Adsense Dumped Me

Well kiddies I guess I will not be making any money on adsense after all. They gave me the boot . I received an email informing me that my advertisers found my subject matter to be offensive or that a review of my blogs caused concern. All of this was due to my Palm Bay Sucks Blog which was generating a lot of hits and the majority of my clicks. My balance for the month was just under $50.00 but it exceeded my expectations. I thought if I did several more blogs on better subject matter that I might be able to generate a couple of hundred bucks a month through adsense. I do not know why I can not still run adsense on my other blogs and I very well might be able to once I figure it out but as for now my account has been shut off. It is very hard to figure out the appeal process because it closed all pages not just the Palm Bay sucks page.
What I learned on Palm Bay sucks is you can generate interest in your site in a few different ways. The first being controversial the City I live in Palm Bay FL did not take too kindly to the blog . It was meant to be satire and I think the truth hurt a little more then they wanted. First thing that happened is when I had my email at Palmbay@FL.USA.com shut down because the city complained about unsolicited emails. What I did was send basically all the city workers the link with a catchy title in the subject line. A couple of days I had over 600 hits on my site. So if I wrote a piece concerning another nearby down that Boarders Palm Bay I sent their City's employees the link. People love to forward funny stuff and indeed my site got around because a couple of days it went wild. Now the fun is over and I find it hard to write anything because they knocked the wind right out of my sails. Give me a few days and I will find something to piss them off over at City hall.
Another way I got people to the site was Craig's list I would post something in the rants and raves section with the link. for instance I wrote something about FL being invaded by New Yorkers, So I hit the Craig's list rants and raves in New York with a title like don't move to FL and a link it generated alot of traffic. By alot I mean a few hundred in a couple of hours. Ultimately Craig's list would remove the posting as inappropriate but I still got some traffic.
Another place I went to was the local newspaper opinion forum
At least I proved a little local blog could generate a little cash. Maybe if I was not such a Dick I could have kept it going with a blog different then a local political satire site. I wanted to have fun and it was.
I am now focusing on click bank and I will let you know in a week how it goes its a little different angle because you are selling products not just letting people randomly click on random ads put up by google.

Its Just Scam after Scam

It seems like every single work at home ad you click on is some sort of a scam. They all claim you can make tons of cash starting in just a few hours after you pay them to get their super secret method that only they have figured out. So far everything I have seen you can find out for free . It just takes you some time. You cant get rich quick be serious. I am still chugging along making a couple of bucks a day. The only way to make the big bucks is to scam others into buying the same scam you bought into thats how you make your money commissions.
The best way so far is the Webpage based affiliate business. I have not talked to anyone who is pulling down the big numbers the ads claim but there are repectable amounts of cash to be made. 1 maybe 2 thousand a month if you work hard and invest some money into promoting your site. When I launch my web pages I will post the links here.
Hang in there and really check something out before you hand over your hard earned cash to the promise of millions.

Ad Sense on a Blog Alone wont cut it. You have to increase your income streams. get a domain and make a web site. Once set up you can use the adsense and affiliate marketing tools such as clickbank. Click Bank has thousands of products that you can link to and make commissions on each sale.

Using only adsense I am not making too much right now I have made between .01 and $11.35 in one day but there are zero days in between thats when I made $0.00. The Key is Promote promote promote your site the more hits the better the chances for a sale and that's where you make your money

Should I pay for the info?

The big question I am pondering now is should I plunk down some hard earned cash for One of these programs that will help me generate some income. I get many ads in my email promising to make hundreds even thousands a day. They always have as seen on Fox News MSNBC, NBC blah blah blah . There are many affiliate programs out there and I have been checking them out one by one. For the most part the process rebates at home ads are total Bull Shit what you are doing is getting a "rebate" or commission for selling their program. Now it works, and I can see how it works, but why don't they just come out and say what it is up front? If you go on Google and type in Affiliate sales you can find a whole boat load of companies wanting you to sell their wares and they pay out commissions based on your sales. The whole key is getting your web site out there. That's what I have to do. Still have the blogs and get a domain name or two or three or four and start making web pages and selling some stuff. There are some real honest legit companies and they offer you the support you are going to need plus templates for your pages plus you are going to need some hosting. Well we are up and running

First thing I did was create a blog using blog spot. I picked something to write about which I knew something about. I used their templates and started by just writing then Monetize the blog. I added a search engine and another ad for Big Crumbs which I have made a few bucks on already. And Let er rip. I started posting my blog address on several forums and discussion sites and I started getting some hits. My results after the first 5 days was $13.58. Not great not the riches all the others sites promised but not bad for a start. In fact better then I expected. Now that I have learned a little I will start a couple more including this one and hopefully that $13.58 will multiply a few times. I set goals and I suggest you do the same but don't shoot for stars just out of the gate. If you do you may get disappointed I set my first months goal at $150.00. I think its a respectable amount to begin at and I will double it the second month that's my goal. Now I did not invest one penny yet, but that might change as I begin to learn and understand this whole system. I am not about to quit my job and do this full time like so many trying to sell you something claim they have but, who knows?
I learned a lot by reading other blogs. And like I said I did not spend a dime. But I am beginning to think reinvesting might be a way to get a lot better and make more money. I will let you know.
